I cannot recommend Steven highly enough. Right from the start, he was incredibly professional, providing us with tiered quotes for different levels of prep work. This transparency was so helpful, as it allowed us to make an informed decision that fit our budget.
Steven’s work is of a very high standard—he was punctual, communicated clearly throughout, and was extremely tidy. What truly set him apart was his character. On his final day, my son was unexpectedly hospitalized. Steven was so respectful and empathetic, quietly getting on with the job to give us one less thing to worry about.
He is also exceptionally honest; I accidentally overpaid the final invoice, and when pointed out he immediately refunded the difference. It is rare to find a tradesman with this level of integrity and skill. Thank you, Steven!"
